Bay 00 The short version
OCRV Center is a 35,000 square foot collision, paint and systems shop in Yorba Linda, about twenty five minutes from Tustin up the 55. We take RVs, campers, fifth wheels, trailers, Sprinter vans, box trucks, buses and municipal fleets. All years, all makes, all classes. Everything is repaired in shop, and we bill your carrier directly.
Seven categories of vehicle, ninety five specific types. If it drives, tows or gets towed and it is too big for a normal body shop, it belongs here. Drag the rail to see the range.

Most of what rolls in here is a claim, not a cash job. We write the estimate, document the damage in photographs, file the supplement when the teardown finds more than the adjuster saw, and argue the line items that matter. You are not the one on the phone with the carrier.
The sequence from first call to final payment, and where claims usually stall.
The things a carrier will not volunteer, and what to do about each one.
How total loss gets calculated on a vehicle with no clean comparable.
Why the check is smaller than the estimate, and which parts of that are negotiable.
Posted rates, published rather than quoted over the phone. Materials are calculated on every estimate at a set rate per paint hour and per body hour, and sales tax applies to parts and materials but not to labor.
Body and paint$210 per hour
Mechanical and electrical$260 per hour
Diagnostics, scan and programming$285 per hour
Detail$95 per hour
Collision estimate
No charge for insurance walk ins
Insurance walk ins are always welcome.
RV systems estimate
$150
Applied as a credit against an authorized repair. Covers slide, awning, water, electrical and generator evaluation.
In depth diagnostic
1 hour at $285
Applied as a credit against an authorized repair.
The question everybody asks and almost nobody answers. Here is the honest version: labor hours are predictable, calendar time is not. A job is only moving while the carrier has approved the next step and the parts are on the shelf. Most of the waiting is one of those two things.
Awning fabric replacement$400 to $2,500
Slide out seal replacement$400 to $3,000
Roof recoat and reseal$750 to $4,500
Fiberglass cap repair$750 to $12,000
Full paint refinish$5,000 to $35,000
Structural collision repair$1,000 to $150,000
Ranges are ballpark and every one of them traces to the posted rate card. The spread is real: a cap repair can be a four hour patch or a sixty hour rebuild depending on what the teardown finds behind it.
Six disciplines under one roof. Collision and structural, paint and body, interior, roof and slide and awning, mechanical and systems, plus fabrication and detail. Nothing gets subcontracted out to a second shop and then billed back to you.
Four kinds of customer, and the job looks different for each. A retired couple with a Class A on a comprehensive claim needs different handling than a logistics manager with nine box trucks and a downtime budget.
Individual RV Owners, Camper and Fifth Wheel Owners, Sprinter Van and Camper Van Owners, and 4 more.
RV Rental Companies, Fleet Operators and Managers, Delivery and Logistics Companies, and 4 more.
Food Truck Owners and Operators, Mobile Medical and Healthcare Providers, Mobile Pet Grooming Businesses, and 4 more.
City and County Governments, School Districts, Fire Departments, and 5 more.
From central Tustin it is the 55 north to the 91 east, then off at Weir Canyon. Roughly twenty five minutes without traffic in a vehicle you can still drive. If it is not drivable, tell us when you call and we will talk through how to get it onto a flatbed and where to have it dropped.

23281 La Palma AveTustin is one of the closest cities we serve. The shop sits at 23281 La Palma Ave in Yorba Linda, roughly twenty five minutes from central Tustin up the 55 to the 91. Every repair happens at that one facility, which is where the lift capacity, the paint booth and the frame equipment live.
A slide out seal job is two to fourteen hours of labor and usually leaves within the week. A structural collision repair on a Class A can run five to eight hundred labor hours across several months, and most of that calendar time is waiting on carrier approval and parts, not technicians. We publish the labor hour range for every operation so the number is not a surprise.
Yes, directly with Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA, Mercury, Allstate, Liberty Mutual, Tesla and others. We write the supplement, send the photo documentation and handle the back and forth with the adjuster. Insurance billed work may be written at carrier negotiated labor rates that differ from our posted retail rates.
A collision estimate carries no charge and insurance walk ins are welcome. An RV systems estimate covering slide, awning, water, electrical or generator is $150, applied as a credit against an authorized repair. An in depth diagnostic is 1 hour at $285, also applied as a credit.
Everything happens at the Yorba Linda facility. That is where the frame rack, the full size paint booth, the lift capacity and the certified technicians are, and none of that fits in a service van. If your vehicle is not drivable, say so when you call and we will talk through flatbed options and where to have it set down.
All years, all makes, all classes. Class A diesel pushers down to enclosed cargo trailers, plus Sprinter and ProMaster vans, box trucks, semis, school and transit buses, municipal fleets, Rivians and mobile business builds. A 1959 Flxible restoration and a current model year Sprinter can be in adjacent bays.
Call and describe the damage, or send it in writing with photographs. Either way you get a real answer about scope, cost range and how long it will sit here, from someone who has done the repair before.
