A build where filling means climbing or where draining means moving equipment produces an operator who does neither often enough, and the tanks pay for it. ## How much does the exterior matter? More than in almost any other category here, because the vehicle is the storefront and customers choose it from a distance in a queue of other options. Faded paint, mismatched panels and peeling vinyl read as a business that is struggling. The efficient version is vinyl wrap at $1,500 to $9,500 or decal and graphics replacement at $500 to $5,500 over sound bodywork, rather than a full refinish at $5,000 to $35,000. Get the panels straight, the seals sound and the wrap fresh and the unit photographs well, which matters because a large share of bookings in this category come from images. Service window hardware is the practical half. A window that will not stay up, a latch that has been forced or a counter that flexes is a daily annoyance that customers notice.
